He canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness and nailed it to the cross. Imagine: Every claim against you, every debt, every failure, nailed to the cross. Paid. Done.
In the New Covenant there is no open debt record. Nothing God could still demand from you. The price is paid. Your account is clear. Not through you, through Christ.
Today you can live as someone whose debts are completely erased.
Truth & Application
Truth: The record of debt against you is canceled, nailed to the cross. There is no open bill between you and God. Every claim is paid. You live debt-free in Christ.
Today practically: If guilt points at you today, answer: The debt is canceled. Settled at the cross. I am free.
Question for you: Which debt are you still trying to pay even though Christ has long canceled it?
Prayer
Father, thank you that the record of debt is canceled. Every claim, paid at the cross. Today I live free from guilt. I release inner guilt accounts. Holy Spirit, remind me of the complete cancellation. Amen.
