We store nothing
jesusTALK.de is run by a living human being, not a company. No selling, no advertising, no profiling.
If you only read, listen or watch: we store nothing about you. No cookies. No trackers. No account.
Our reach measurement runs cookieless via Rybbit (self-hosted at analytics.jesustalk.de): aggregated page views, anonymized IP, country, rough device type. No linking back to you. Do-Not-Track is respected.
📨 Encouragement for the day (by e-mail)
The only place we store an e-mail address: when you subscribe to Encouragement for the day. This is not a newsletter with marketing copy, it is a daily impulse by mail.
Subscription via double opt-in: you receive a confirmation mail with a link, click = activated. Dispatch runs through Listmonk on our own server, no third-party provider like Mailchimp.
Unsubscribe: every mail has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click, done. Your address is removed within 30 days.
▶️ YouTube videos
On many pages YouTube videos are embedded, via the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When the page loads, your browser opens a connection to YouTube and YouTube can see your IP. Personalized cookies are only set when you click play.
If you do not want that: browser extensions like uBlock Origin block the loading. All texts (lyrics, devotions, Bible references) are also readable without the video.
🎵 Links to streaming platforms
In the footer and on album pages we link to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. These are plain links, no embedded pixels. Only when you click, you leave jesusTALK.de and arrive at the providers.
✉ When you write to us
E-mails to technik@jesustalk.de arrive on our own mail server. We keep them as long as we need the exchange.
If you want us to delete something about you, just write a short mail to the same address. We do it by hand.
