Children of God Through Faith

Verse

For in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith.

Thought

All sons of God through faith. Not through birth, not through baptism, not through belonging, through faith. That is the simple and radical message of the New Covenant: Faith makes you a child of God.

Truth & Application

Truth: Your sonship with God depends on faith, not on outward signs. You are God's child because you believe, not because you checked a list.

Today practically: Live today as God's child. Not as someone who must become one, but as someone who already is through faith.

Question for you: Do you know you are God's child, or are you still waiting for confirmation?

Prayer

Father, thank you that I am your child through faith. Not through works, not through rituals. Today I live as your child. I let go of doubt about whether I belong. Amen.
