Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes. Clearer it cannot be: the law as a path to righteousness is over. Christ fulfilled and closed it. Faith is the new way.
Righteousness as a gift means: whoever believes is righteous. Period.
Today: the law as a path to righteousness is over. Faith is enough.
Truth & Application
Truth: Christ is the end of the law as a path to righteousness. Whoever believes in him is righteous. Not possibly. Is. Period. Faith replaces law.
Practical today: When you wonder if you are righteous enough, answer: I believe in Christ. Therefore I am righteous. End of law.
Question for you: Where do you still seek righteousness in the law even though Christ is its end?
Prayer
Father, thank you that Christ is the end of the law. I believe in him and am righteous. Today I rest in this simplicity. I release the complexity of the law. Holy Spirit, keep me in simple faith. Amen.
