Heirs by the Spirit
Verse
The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs.

The Spirit testifies: You are God's child. Child and heir, kinship, not performance. Righteousness is inheritance, not wages.
Truth & Application
Truth: You are child and heir. The Spirit testifies.
Today practically: When self-evaluation comes, say: I am an heir. My standing is Christ.
Question for you: Where do you evaluate by performance instead of kinship?
Prayer
Father, thank you that I am an heir. Your Spirit testifies. Today I stand in that. Amen.
