Alive in Christ

Verse

And you were dead in the trespasses and sins.

Thought

You were dead, not sick. And God made you alive. Resurrection, not self-help.

In Christ you are alive, because he gives life.

Truth: You were dead, God made you alive. His work.

Today practically: Where are you trying to be alive on your own?

Question for you: Which worry wants to lead?

Father, thank you for making me alive. Today I receive from your strength. Amen.
