Rescued and Redeemed

Verse

He has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

Thought

Rescued from the dominion of darkness and brought into the kingdom of the Son. You are no longer in darkness. You have been transferred, actively, by God.

Truth & Application

Truth: You have been rescued from darkness and placed into the kingdom of the Son. That was not your own doing, God actively pulled you out and repositioned you.

Today practically: Live from this truth today.

Prayer

Father, thank you for rescuing me from darkness and placing me in the kingdom of your Son. Today I live as a citizen of this kingdom. Amen.
