Hebrews 13:5
Peace as a Standing
Verse
I will never leave you nor forsake you.
Thought
I will never leave you nor forsake you. God's promise is personal and final. He does not leave. Not when you fail. Not when you doubt. Never.
Peace arises when you know: he stays. Always. No matter what happens.
Today: he will not leave you. This is not a hope. This is his word.
Truth & Application
Truth: God will not leave you and will not forsake you. This is his irrevocable promise. Your peace is based on his faithfulness, not on your stability.
Practical today: When feelings of abandonment arise, speak God's word: He will not leave me. He will not forsake me. Then stand on this rock.
Question for you: Where do you feel abandoned even though God promised to stay?
Prayer
Father, thank you for never leaving me. Today I hold onto your promise. I release feelings of abandonment. Holy Spirit, make God's closeness tangible to me today. Amen.
