All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself. The initiative came from him. You did not fight your way through, he acted.

Reconciliation stands. Healing may grow from it.

Truth: God reconciled, his initiative. The bridge stands.

Today practically: Where are you fighting toward God? Pause, reconciliation stands.

Question for you: Where do you live as if you must overcome the separation yourself?
