Romans 6:14

Sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace. Paul states a fact: sin has no rule over you anymore. Why? Because you stand under grace, not under law.

Under law, the law gives sin power. Under grace, that power is broken. Righteousness is your standing, not your battle prize.

Today: sin does not rule. You stand under grace.

Truth: Sin has no dominion over you because you stand under grace. The law gives sin power. Grace takes its power away. Your standing under grace is your protection.

Practical today: When sin looms large, remember: I stand under grace. Sin does not rule. Then act free.
