Verse
He has now reconciled in his body of flesh by his death, in order to present you holy and blameless and above reproach before him.
Thought
Reconciled to be presented holy, blameless, and above reproach before God. That is your standing, not your goal. You stand before God without spot because Christ's sacrifice made you clean.
Truth & Application
Truth: Your standing before God is spotless. Not through your doing but through Christ's sacrifice. You don't need to get better first.
Today practically: Stand today in the awareness: I am holy and blameless before God. Through Christ.
Question for you: Do you see yourself as God sees you, spotless in Christ?
Prayer
Father, thank you that I stand holy and spotless before you in Christ. Not through my doing. Today I accept this standing. Amen.
