My child, you may set boundaries without feeling guilty. Saying no is not unloving. It is a sign that you understand who you are and what has been entrusted to you. I myself set boundaries, and I invite you to do the same. Protect your heart, protect your time, protect your strength. What I have given you is precious. Steward it wisely.
